What do you recommend? Lots of people ask me what I recommend or what is my specialty. I LOVE brisket (both cooking and eating), but everything on the menu is worth trying.

Why are there amount minimums?  We provide only fresh (never frozen) meat for maximum quality. We can lower food costs by buying in certain quantities which helps us keep our prices (and operating costs) down. 

**Certain items may be able to have less than the minimum when purchased with others, feel free to give a call or put that in the notes section of the quote**
